WHOOPS!!!
Hi there, its Barbara from Xtreme Sandwiches. I`ve been asked to share one of my recipes with you again, this one is  for WHOOPS!!!

It`s a tray bake discovered by accident while trying to teach my two daughters to bake many years ago.

They added a few of their own ingredients, hence the name WHOOPS!!!
6oz  --- Sugar
6oz  --- Syrup
14oz -- Butter or Marg
3 teaspoons of rum essence

Place these ingredients in a large bowl and melt together in the microwave just until the butter dissolves, and than add to the bowl.

5oz  --- Coconut
7oz  --- Self raising flour
10oz -- Porridge oats
Stir together, and leave to cool slighty while you line a swiss roll tin with parchment or greaseproof paper.

Then add to the Whoops mixture.

4oz  --- Sultanas
4oz  --- Gace cherries
4oz  --- Chocolate drops

Stir all the ingredients together and then place in lined tin, level the top, place in the centre of  preheated  oven (130-140)c) for approx. 30 minutes,    when cool drizzle with melted chocolate.
