Belper Celebration Magazine Recipe 4
This Recipe is taken from our Fifth  magazine printed in November 2003
White Christmas
Candy Bars
INGREDIENTS

2 ½   Cups of rice Krispies
1       Cup Desiccated Coconut
¾      Cup of icing suger
1       Cup of full cream milk powder
½        Cup of mixed dry fruit
½        Cup of glace cherries
½        Cup of fresh cranberries

Delicious with a cup of tea or coffee or cut into small squares as petit four at the end of a meal
To prepare and make

Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in the Fruits.
Heat the butter until melted (but not hot)and add to the bowl,
mixing well to combine.
Press mixture into 8x12inch baking tin lined
with non-stick baking paper.
Chill overnight in refrigerator
