Monday Evening -- Popular Sequence / Ballroom Dancing = 7.30 - 10.30 p.m.

Tuesday Morning —- Hatha Yoga  =============== (term times)

Tuesday Afternoon -- Twistin` Tots,   ==========  2.00 p.m. - 3.00 p.m.

Tuesday Evening --  Slimming World ===========  6.15 p.m. - 8.15 p.m.

Wednesday Morning

 National Childbirth Trust -- Coffee Morning -- for parents to be, new parents, careers and young families new to the area - 10.00 a.m. - 12 noon

Wednesday Afternoon --   Yoga  =================  1.00 p.m. - 3.15 p.m.

Thursday Morning —–- Craft Class =============== (fortnightly)

Thursday Afternoon -- Thursday Club =========== 1.45 -- 3.45 p.m.

                                 Get together for senior citizens,  on alternate Thursdays

Thursday Evenings - Rosemary Conleys Diet/Fitness 5.45 p.m. - 7.45 p.m.

                                           Followed by “Pilates” Exercise Class 7.45 -- 8.45 p.m.

Friday Morning  (term time only) Body Conditioning 9.45 -- 10.45 a.m. -

                      Followed by Pilates -- 11.00 a.m. --  12 noon  (Term time only )

Friday Afternoon -- Carpet Bowls =============== 1.00 -- 4.00 p.m.

Friday Evening —– Go Kan Rhu Karate ============

Saturday Morning  -- Folk Frenzy Dance Group  === 9.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.

Saturday Evening -- Social Dancing Ballroom/Sequence 7.30 p.m. -- 10.45 p.m.
